Sure a lot of work for a tomb, guess labor was cheap and some were rich. Past is fascinating.

Its funny to see that the middle eastern islamic looters who looted the Pyramids and destroyed much art, their descendants are digging up the egyptian history and giving their own twist, yet the people who this ancient treasure belongs to are not seen anywhere. Teh ancient south africans are not laying any claim to it. While the looters whose genetics dont even match the genetics of the mummy are laying claim on these riches.

I’m shocked to see blue paint on the walls, it must have been made from lapis lazuli which would have been hard to come by and very expensive at the time from what I know about art. This is just a guess but an educated one. Just wow.

Sometimes I feel inclined to go to Egypt; sometimes not. It seems there's such an amount of things to avoid, people that may represent danger, many tricks...I travel alone.

Would have been better if arabs hadn't conquered northern Africa. The arabs likely plundered all the tombs long ago, the berbers are the original egyptians. Surrounded by an intelligent civilization would have been better. In a few thousand years someone is likely going to say the same about modern Europe, conquered by arab immigration with the original inhabitants extinct or bred into nothingness. While they dig up our old cathedrals.

All a scam. Backfilled and all acting for the cameras. They’ll keep ‘discovering’ unopened tombs every so often once they’ve been looted and explored by the greedy. Look at the composition of the earthworks they’re chipping away at to get inside. Staged and shameful.
